Streamlining operations for a growing organisation
Baca provides supported accommodation and development training for forced migrant young people aged 16+ who seek asylum in the UK.
Prior to Flocare, the number of different systems that Baca staff had to use on a daily basis was a growing challenge. With ever-changing funding and reporting requirements, their existing systems were becoming untenable. There was a pressing need to find a single system that would facilitate a more effective administration and accommodate anticipated future changes.
Flocare enables Baca to operate more effectively in the following ways:
- Caseworkers are able to manage and support the young people, log activities and appointments along with outcomes and observations.
- Evidencing of the young people’s development through attended classes and mainstream education.
- The housing team is able to manage their accommodation including occupancy, repairs and maintenance.
- Recorded information can be extracted to help Baca’s senior management team with bid-writing, reporting and overall strategy.
